Richland County Community Unit School District #1 is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the above referenced bid packages. Bids will be accepted at the Unit District Office located at 1100 E. Laurel St., Olney, IL 62450 until 2:00 PM on March 12, 2026.
Poettker Construction will be conducting a pre-bid conference and site walk tour for potential contractors on February 26, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Unit District Office located at 1100 E. Laurel St., Olney, IL 62450. Interested bidders are encouraged but not required to attend the pre-bid meeting and site walk tour.
Bid documents will be available for potential bidders on February 19, 2026. These documents will be available to view and download through Poettker Construction Company’s FTP Site.
