The Richland County Community Unit School District #1 is seeking proposals to become the District’s official beverage provider. You are invited to submit a proposal listing specific services your institution would provide for our District.
Proposals will be received at the Office of the Superintendent at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. All proposers are invited to attend the opening and present their proposal. Please limit proposal presentations to one half (1/2) hour. Proposals must include a signed non-collusion affidavit and a signed proposal summary form as provided.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Unit office at 1100 E Laurel St., Olney, Illinois. The purpose of the meeting is to clarify the specifications of the proposal, discuss expectations of the District, and to answer questions submitted by proposers.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid or bids deemed in the best interest of the School District.
